Short Version

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. All calculations happen in your browser. We use Google AdSense to serve ads and Google Analytics to understand site usage. That is it.

Information We Collect

CalcPool is designed with privacy as a core principle. The data you enter into our calculators is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

We collect the following minimal information automatically:

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level) via Google Analytics. This is anonymous and aggregated.
  • Advertising data: Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads. See Section 4 for details.
  • Contact form data: If you contact us, we store your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to you.

  • To understand how our tools are used and improve them

Calculator Inputs

All data you enter into CalcPool calculators (wake times, financial figures, personal health data, etc.) is processed entirely client-side in your browser using JavaScript. This data is never sent to our servers and is not stored anywhere by CalcPool.

All calculations happen locally in your browser. Your sensitive data never leaves your device.

Google AdSense and Cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous information including browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic location. This information is not personally identifiable.

CalcPool does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our tools are designed for general audiences. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
