CalcPool was built on a simple belief: the most useful tools in the world should be free. Not freemium. Not "free with a 7-day trial." Actually free — forever, no signup, no tricks.
Every tool we build starts with a real human problem. We ask: what do people actually need to calculate or understand in their daily lives? Then we build the most accurate, most user-friendly version of that tool — and we publish it for free.

How We Build Every Calculator
A rigorous, five-step process that prioritises accuracy and transparency over speed.
1. Research phase
We identify the peer-reviewed research base for every tool before a single line of code is written. If a topic lacks credible science, we do not build the tool.
2. Formula verification
Our formulas are verified against established sources: WHO guidelines, NASA JPL data, RBI and SBP financial regulations, and published academic studies.
3. Scientific review
Every health and wellness tool is reviewed by Khizar Nadim before publication. Financial tools are reviewed for regulatory accuracy against RBI, SBP, and CFPB guidelines.
4. Transparency
We cite every source within the tool page itself. Users can follow our references directly to the primary research — no hidden methodology, no unsubstantiated claims.
5. Ongoing updates
Tools are updated when the underlying research changes. Publication date and last-updated date are shown on every page so you know exactly how current the information is.

We review and update our tools regularly as new research emerges. Publication and update dates are shown on every tool page.

CalcPool is funded entirely by non-intrusive advertising. We have a strict rule: we will never compromise user privacy to increase ad revenue.
All calculations run entirely in your browser. When you enter your birth date, salary, loan amount, or health data into a CalcPool tool, that data never leaves your device. We do not log inputs, we do not share data with third parties, and we do not sell personal information — because we do not collect it in the first place.
The only data we collect is standard analytics (page views, device type, country) — the same as any website. We never collect what you calculate.
